Learners are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The Service Provider does not deliver the agreed service within 3 days after the deliverables timeline.

  • The Learner cancels the order within 24 hours of payment commencement.

  • The service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope.

  • A dispute resolution favors the Learner.

5.2 Partial Refund
Learners are entitled to a partial refund if:

  • The amount refunded will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.

5.3 No Refund
Learners are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The service cannot be delivered due to multiple user errors (e.g., incorrect information provided, failure to provide required documents in a timely manner).

6. Service Delivery and Acceptance

  • Service Providers must deliver services within the agreed timeline.

  • Learners must review deliverables and approve or request revisions within 3 days of delivery.

  • If no response is received within 3 days, funds will be automatically released to the Service Provider.
